Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, booking a tour, downloading the Epic Fitness App, or using any service provided by Epic Fitness Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans are available for Gym, Yoga, and Group Classes.
• Membership begins on the date of payment confirmation.
• Access is restricted to the facilities and services included in your chosen plan.
• Members must carry valid ID for first-time entry.
• Epic Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for misconduct, misuse, or non-payment.

3. Founding Member Offer

The Founding Member offer is available to the first 25 members only. By paying a non-refundable registration amount of ₹1,000, you lock in the special Founding Member annual rate of ₹9,999 for 12 months. This offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn once the 25-seat limit is reached. The registration fee is applied towards your membership.

4. Payment & Refunds

• All fees are due at the start of each membership period.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Memberships are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of medical emergencies (with documentation).
• Founding Member registration fees (₹1,000) are non-refundable.
• Epic Fitness reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

5. Gym & Facility Rules

• Members must follow all safety guidelines and trainer instructions.
• Appropriate workout attire and clean footwear are required at all times.
• Re-racking weights, wiping down equipment after use, and respecting other members are mandatory.
• Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on premises.
• Epic Fitness is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
• Children under 15 are not permitted in the gym floor without prior approval.

6. Epic Fitness App

• The app allows manual workout logging, step counting, hydration reminders, trainer-shared plans, and live gym traffic monitoring.
• Workout and diet plans shared through the app are provided by certified trainers and are for guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice.
• Data entered into the app (workouts, steps, water intake) is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• App features are subject to change or improvement at our discretion.

7. Recovery Station

The Recovery Station (massage chairs, foam rollers, massage guns) is available as part of eligible membership plans. Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Epic Fitness is not liable for any injury arising from improper use of recovery equipment.

8. Yoga & Group Classes

• Class schedules are subject to change. Advance booking is recommended via the app.
• Epic Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance or instructor unavailability.
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to member no-shows.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Members participate in all fitness activities at their own risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to exercise and will inform our staff of any pre-existing medical conditions. Epic Fitness is not liable for any injury sustained during the use of our facilities, provided reasonable safety guidelines were in place.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the Epic Fitness App — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Epic Fitness Studio. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
